Is this guy new to the city? Chicago can't go a week without another cop getting special treatment. Unless, of course, you believe that cops go to bars late at night and do water shots. And that every time a cop is in a fight at a bar, the scrawny drunk with one friend (or the timy female bartender) really did pick a fight with the group of 6 of Chicago's off-duty finest.
